Pentair D.E. FNS™ Filters:

FNS™ Filters have been designed with curved grids to maximize the filtration area. More filter area means higher performance and longer periods between cleanings. Our exclusive internal design has been refined to maximize flow, and therefore requires minimal pumping power to achieve a needed flow rate. That means lower utility costs for the pool owner.

• Rugged tank clamp of premium stainless steel has permanent spring mechanism to indicate proper tightness for securing tank halves.
• Maximum Operating Pressure 50 psi.
• Water flows in through the bottom, up and around filter grid for an even distribution of diatomaceous earth, eliminating bridging between elements and providing efficient filtration.
• Unique grid assembly with molded-in handles lifts out easily for inspection and makes cleaning a breeze.
• Backwashes from top to bottom utilizing gravity for a more complete cleaning of accumulated debris and D.E. powder.
• 2 in. bottom drain assembly provides unrestricted flow when draining the filter.
• 2 in. plumbing connections allow for maximum flow and highest efficiency.
